• About Extreme Israel

"Extreme Israel" was built in order to allow tourists visiting Israel to compare prices between suppliers, to see their exact location on the map, and most importantly - to know that the price they receive is the real price and not "prices for tourists".

Through the website, you can purchase an activity voucher (valid up to 6 months!) and send it as a gift to a friend, or yourself.

Israel has a large variety of activities for couples, for families and for singles,
we hope you'll enjoy the Extreme Israel experience.

Why does price comparison be so important for tourists?

" In August 2018 we spent our summer vacation in Tel Aviv. We were me, my husband and the two kids. On one of our days off, we looked for interesting attractions. One of the staff at the hotel recommended we do a surfing lesson on a paddle surfboard and a Segway tour.
He told us that to save us time, he would be happy to arrange for us and give us a good price for the package. The price he gave us was very high and we did not understand why prices in Israel are so high compared to other countries.
Later, we decided to check for ourselves the prices and were surprised to find that the employee had taken hundreds of percent of his commission on the surf rate and the Segway trip.
Since then, I decided that every time I travel abroad, I have to make a price comparison myself between several suppliers to find the cheapest price. "

Make sure you don't get a "tourist price"!

" In the summer of 2018, I traveled with my spouse (now my husband) to visit my family in Israel. We stayed at one of the hotels near the marina and I wanted to surprise my spouse for his birthday with a romantic sunset cruise on a yacht.
We are advised to check online and find a company that offers a yacht cruise in Tel Aviv. Among the options was company XXXX that had a very impressive and beautiful website but did not show prices.
I called to ask the cost and I was told that the cost of a romantic cruise with wine and a light meal is 1,500 shekels. Although it seemed expensive, I decided to order because I really wanted us to have a memorable experience.

The day after the cruise, I met an Israeli friend and told her about the experience. She told me that she thought the price was very expensive and I might have received a different price for tourists.
I asked her to call and ask the prices (as an Israeli) and to my surprise, they gave her a much cheaper price!
I was very disappointed to find out that I took advantage of the fact that I am a tourist and not a local. "

If you think it's expensive, check a different supplier!

" On our last visit to Israel, our family travel to northern Israel. We were looking for an attraction that could suit the whole family and we decided to take a jeep tour.
I searched the internet and found several companies that do jeep tours in northern Israel. None of the companies had English content and those that were, the price list was not listed.
I called one of the companies and asked to know what is the price for a jeep trip for a family of 4.
The person on the other side tried to explain to me that there were all kinds of trips but did not speak English well enough, finally, he sent me a message saying the price is NIS XXX.
I scheduled the trip with him the next day but then I decided to look at their site, in the Hebrew version.
I found a page with a price table in Hebrew and after using the translation services, it turned out that the price I received was expensive at 400 Shekels more than what was written on the website.
I called the company and answered another person, probably more decent than his predecessor because when I told him the story and asked the reason for the difference in prices,
he said that there must have been a mistake and I was told an incorrect and more expensive price.
I learned to always check and compare prices. "
